On November 22, 2025, Alexander Schulz set a new slackline world record: he crossed a slackline between two hot-air balloons at an altitude of 4,700 metres above Catalonia – the highest slackline ever walked above ground. After an 55-minute ascent with oxygen and two failed attempts without an oxygen mask, Alex managed to complete the walk on his last attempt, supported by his friends Niklas and Johannes in the basket of the hot air balloons.

We executed two new stunt service productions: a Slackline stunt show at the Landschaftspark Duisburg & a climbing challenge at the Excalibur Tower in Groningen, Netherlands. Influencers Joey’s Jungle and Julia Beautx competed against each other in the new contest format "Julia vs Joey". Together with the German Embassy in New Delhi, One Inch Dreams organised a day-long event featuring Indian and German slackliners at the Red Fort in New Delhi on February 26th 2022. The unique collaborative performance is part of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’, the Indian government’s celebrations on the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence. This open-to-all event at the Lahori Gate promotes Indo-German friendship and brings together many people to enjoy adventure-sports, arts and music.

After several months of preparation, Alex broke the blindfolded slackline record by walking a 1712m long highline over Cañón del Sumidero in Chiapas, Mexico. That’s nearly 500m more than the old record and more than double as long as the longest line Alex has walked with open eyes until then. More info here!
